Return & Refund Policy

We don’t believe in taking things back — but we do believe in getting things right.

Every shirt, hoodie, and design we drop is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. That means we don’t keep stock, and we don’t do traditional returns. But if your order arrives jacked up — that’s on us. Here’s how it works:

🧨 We’ll Replace or Refund If:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • Your package was lost in the mail

  • You send us photos of the problem and your order info within 30 days of delivery

We’ll get a replacement out or issue a refund, no questions (well, maybe one or two) asked.

❌ We Can’t Accept Returns If:

  • You ordered the wrong size or just changed your mind

  • You suddenly don’t vibe with the design

  • You’re trying to send it back because your dog chewed it. (Seriously?)

We print each item specifically for you — once it's made, it’s yours.

  • A quick description of the issue

  • Photos of the item if it’s damaged or misprinted

We’ll handle it with zero BS.
